✧ 1 teaspoon of flax oil
✧ 1 cup of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or the 3 together
✧ 3/4 cup of greek yogurt
✧ ¼ cup of milk (the one that you usually drink, but… the veggie, the better)
Ready, set, GO!
As easy as it sounds. A night before, freeze the berries and put the ¼ of milk in an ice cube mold. When freeze, put them all on the mixer with the yogurt and the flax oil and voilá!
